Keto Biscuits
1 ½ Cups Almond Flour
Keto Bacon Cheeseburger pie.
1 ½ lbs. ground beef
1 diced onion
½ tsp each of salt, pepper, onion powder, smoked paprika, and
parsley flakes (add more salt to taste,
and maybe add ½ tsp of Garlic Salt)
1 Tbsp minced garlic
2 cups shredded cheese
5-6 slices of bacon crumbled
Keto Biscuit dough
Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Brown ground beef and diced
onion in a skillet. Add all seasonings and minced garlic. Drain off extra
grease from meat. Spray a pie pan with cooking spray. Layer half of the ground
beef in the pie pan and top with 1 cup of cheese and 2 slices of crumbled bacon.
Add the rest of the ground beef and top with 1 more cup of cheese and add remaining
crumbled bacon. Pour Keto Biscuit Dough mixture
over the top of the ground beef and cheese. Bake at 400 degrees for 20-25
minutes.
